Most desks ship fully assembled. A few larger designs ship in sections that bolt together, and we help you online if needed.

Production usually takes 15–20 days. Some designs are in stock and ship within 3–7 days. Transit time depends on the shipping method and your location; we confirm it together with the freight quote. See https://receptiondesk.shop/shipping-delivery/.
Yes. We are the factory, so custom sizes, custom colors (send us a PANTONE code), logos and lightboxes are all normal work. Email ilo@receptiondesk.shop with the desk you like and the changes you need. Custom desks cannot be returned.
For one receptionist, a desk 47–63 inches (120–160 cm) wide is enough. For two people, or if you need space for a printer and paperwork, look at 71 inches (180 cm) and up, or an L-shaped desk. Measure the wall or corner where the desk will go, and leave at least 36 inches (90 cm) behind the desk for the chair. If none of the listed sizes fit, we make custom sizes.
