Every reception desk comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers the original purchaser.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

What is not covered

  • Normal craft marks such as joining seams and dark laminate edges
  • Yellowing of white paint and film finishes over time
  • Small differences between the color on your screen and the real desk
  • Damage from misuse, impact, moisture, direct sunlight, or changes made to the desk
  • Damage in transit, which is handled under Freight Damage Claims

How to make a claim

Email ilo@receptiondesk.shop with your order number, a short description, and photos or a video of the problem. We reply with the next step.

How we fix it

Depending on the problem, we send repair materials or a replacement part, or we remake the affected section.

Looking after your desk

Keep the desk out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas. Wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not leave part of a white top covered for long periods, as the uncovered part will yellow faster.
