These terms apply when you use receptiondesk.shop or place an order with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Products and colors

We try to show every desk accurately. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real desk. If you need an exact color, send us the PANTONE code before you order. Sizes are listed on each product page.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and cover the desk only. Freight, import duties, and taxes are not included.

Orders and freight quote

After you place an order, we email you a freight quote for your address. Production starts once you confirm the quote. If you do not accept the quote, we cancel the order and refund you in full. See Shipping & Delivery.

Import duties and taxes

The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs exam fees in the destination country.

Production and delivery times

Production usually takes 15–20 days. Production and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

These are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Delivery damage

Damage in transit is handled under our Freight Damage Claims process. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

Desks carry a 1-year warranty. See Warranty.

Custom orders

Custom sizes, colors, finishes, and logos are made for one buyer. They cannot be returned, and they cannot be cancelled free of charge once production has started.
