We ship worldwide. Every desk is made to order: production takes 20-30 days after your payment is confirmed, and we send you photos of your finished desk before it leaves the factory.
Orders ship by sea freight, port to port. Transit time depends on your destination and the sailing schedule: fast routes arrive in around 20 days, slower routes can take 50-60 days. We will confirm the estimated transit time for your port before production begins, and share the bill of lading and tracking details once your order is on the water.
Sea freight is delivered to your nearest port, not to your door. You are responsible for picking up the goods at the port and for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in your country. If you need help arranging local pickup or a customs broker, contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
Please inspect the packaging at pickup and note any visible damage on the receiving documents before signing — this is essential for transit damage claims. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of pickup with photos of the packaging and the product.
