We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with complete packaging. To start a return, email info@receptiondesk.shop with your order details and the reason, and we will send return instructions.
If your desk arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we cover it: send photos of the packaging and the product within 48 hours of pickup, and we will replace the item or refund you in full at our cost.
If you simply change your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Because desks ship internationally as freight, return freight can be significant — contact us first and we will confirm the cost before you decide.
Custom-configured and made-to-order desks (custom size, color, material, or layout) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
