Every desk we sell is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. The warranty covers structural faults, hardware failure, and finish defects present on arrival.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly or installation, or damage caused by moisture, heat, or impact after delivery.
To make a claim, email info@receptiondesk.shop with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We respond within 2 business days. Depending on the case, we will supply replacement parts, arrange a repair, or replace the unit.
Replacement hardware and parts remain available after the warranty period; contact us for availability and pricing. A reception desk is the first thing your customers see — our job is to keep it looking that way.
